The Renaissance of Representation

How investing in hospitality sales & marketing representation can drive recognition, referrals & results.

I’m often asked by friends and family who are not in the travel industry, “what is it that you do exactly?” Or, “how does your business model work?”

Many years ago when I first started out in hospitality and tourism my answer was much shorter, simply because our business model was not as refined as it is today. I’d find myself saying something like, “oh we work as an extension to our client’s in house sales and marketing teams. We focus on delivering key activities on the ground to the luxury travel trade segment.”

This answer was sufficient because at the time it was 2009 and let’s face it, Instagram was not even a thing yet. Our main goal was to drive awareness and revenues from the travel agency, tour operator and OTA (Expedia’s of the world) segments. So much of what we did was focused solely on agency relations and how often we could get into their retail store-front locations to speak with their advisors.

Fast forward 10 years and our business model amalgamated into a full service sales & marketing firm that offered so much more than agency sales calls and in-house educational trainings. It had to. We blossomed into a bustling full service firm that went far and above product, price, place and promotion.

Now, as we enter through what is truly the rebound of travel post-pandemic, our company has again shifted the lens and we re-wrote the handbook to the scope of services we’d roll out to our esteemed collection. The whole environment changed and we wanted our clients to not only be able to trust the process but be a part of it. After all, customer experience is essential in gaining & maintaining loyalty.

As tourism continues its robust return, we’ve seen a renewed interest in hospitality representation from all corners of the world. Especially as the USA re-opens to international travelers from nearly 33 countries. Hoteliers & trade partners are ready to re-engage with key A-list luxury travel advisors, tourism partners, influencers and wholesalers.

Are you ready to re-connect with the luxury travel trade community? Do you have the tools, contacts, relationships and strategy to effectively saturate the market with your messaging? We have eyes, ears and years of experience on the ground, awarding you with an unmatched partnership that will drive your revenues forward. After all, we’ve got the roadmap to ensure your brand not only receives the marketshare it deserves but that you are introduced to key industry influencers who are ready to support you with recognition, referrals & results.
